I offer a wide range of advisory and consulting services that include:

  • Advisor to the CEO of companies where, frequently, the CEO may not have depth of management or, in some cases, a functional board of directors/advisors to act as a sounding board or provide valuable input to strategic or operational issues.
  • CFO services for companies either on an interim or part-time retainer basis. The clients' needs can be driven by implementation of their strategy when they don't have the in-house skill sets to move them forward or the full-time initiatives that require special expertise.

Many of my clients have outgrown their current systems, processes and the experience sets or capabilities of existing employees. This does not always imply wholesale changes - particularly where loyal employees still do a good job within their experience sets - however, the introduction of the right skill sets without the cost burden of a full-time, qualified CFO fits these companies well. That is why this particular variety of services has become so popular with my client base.

Project-oriented engagements including, but not limited to:

  • M&A transaction support (strategy, search/screen, valuation, negotiation, contract support, due diligence and/or integration).
  • Organizational and Process Reviews to gauge effectiveness - particularly in the Financial, Executive and Governance functions.
  • Capital raising support and Capital Structure Reviews.
  • Treasury and Cash Management Reviews.
  • Improvements in Financial Reporting or Management Reporting.
